President

Chief Executive Officer-Chapter Leadership and Management: Develops chapter mission, vision, values, and goals; interfaces with division and international; manages annual plan and budget; ensures chapter activities and reports are completed and generally leads/manages chapter membership. Manages chapter membership meetings. Chapter focal point.

Vice-President
The vice-president assists the president in his duties. The vice-president will assume the duties of the president when the president is unable to be present.

Legislative (First Trustee)
Legislative Awareness-Legislative Awareness Week and Voter Registration: Researches legislative activities, provides monthly reports on legislative activities, and assists membership in enforcing grassroots legislative activities. Develops and manages voter awareness/registration programs. Develops and manages AFSA Legislative Awareness Week.

The first trustee also chairs the Legislative Committee.

Corporate
Corporate Membership Management-Recruitment, Retention, and Management: Identifies and recruits new chapter corporate members. Retains current chapter corporate members. Develops and manages programs through corporate membership support.

The second trustee chairs the Corporate Committee.

Field Operations
Field Liaison-Active Duty, Veteran, Community, and Reserve/Guard Affairs: Manages liaison activities with other professional and private organizations in the KMC. POC for all JROTC events.

The third trustee chairs the Field Operations.

Membership (Second Trustee)

Membership Management-Recruitment, Retention, and Management: Recruits, retains, and rejoins (R3) chapter membership. Manages current membership data-provides reports/management: membership strength, new membership, retentions, rejoins, near term, and terminated. Manages membership outreach briefings (INTRO Fair, FTAC, ALS, PDS, etc...).

The Second trustee chairs the Membership Committee.

Airmans Activities (Third Trustee)

Keeps lines of communication open between KMC area Airmen and Council.  Plans, coordinates and/or locates volunteer opportunities for Airmen in the KMC area.  Plans Airmen appreciation functions sponsored by AFSA.  Helps Membership Chair brief and recruit at FTAC and ALS.  Briefs Chapter membership on concerns of Airmen and dorm residents.

Services

Special Projects-Social, Humanitarian, and Patriotic: Organizes and manages special projects: Social (meetings, socials, appreciation events, etc...), Humanitarian (scholarship program, Dear Abby, community support, etc...), and Patriotic (Armed Force's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, POW/MIA Day, Veteran's Day, etc...).

The fifth trustee chairs the Services Committee.

Ways and Means

Funds Development-Fundraisers (Tournaments, Food Booths, etc...): Develops and manages chapter fund raising activities (Bowling Tournament, Golf Tournament, Special Olympics Food Booth, Freedom Fest Food Booth, ROSC Bazaar, Car Washes, etc...).

The seventh trustee chairs the Ways and Means Committee.
